Really good love story

Cynthia Williams isn't sure she wants to marry her fiance David Daniels because David can be sort of controlling and is pressuring her to be a stay at home mom. David also discourages Cynthia from finding her birth parents because the search will distract her from their wedding plans. Can Cynthia plan her future when she knows little about her past? David got on my nerve through out most of the book but you could tell he really loved Cynthia and his controlling ways were they way he showed it.
