Directed toward blue belt, this book explains the forms required to be promoted to brown belt. It features an at-a-glance section with the movements in both hyung. This description may be from another edition of this product.
Mr. Rhee's entire collection of color belt patterns is an excellent reference, particularly on foot positioning. The stances facings have changed by ITF since the books were published but that's a minor issue. I highly recommend the entire collections for those who practice ITF taekwon-do.
Jhoon Rhee is great.

I am glad that I have gotten into this series of books. There are many intricate moves that come together for a hyung. The opening of Chung-Gun gave me problems and I was able to master it by referring to this book. Thank you Jhoon Rhee.
