The story centres around a young feline called Erin Chumley, who has inherited a country estate, a title, and lots of bills. Together with her able governess and tutor, Mrs. Hudson, a onetime secret agent, they start a detective agency to earn some much needed cash.
What starts as a case of three kittens gone astray in London's world famous King Herod's store, turns into a race against time to save the mischievous young cats from the wicked clutches of Anders, the store's security guard, and catch a black market gang stealing from the shop.
With the clock ticking, things very soon get out of control for Erin and two canine friends she makes along the way, with hilarious results and a lot of hissing, and a few bites and scratches too.
