Chronicles of the Otherwhen: Book Two: Heather Klein

By Dale A Brown

Sequel to Book One, the story follows Raven Jones on his quest to rescue the beautiful slave girl that carries his child, and recover the controlling crystal that will enable him to return to his own time and place on Earth. Unexpectedly joined by his erstwhile girlfriend Heather, who inexplicably finds her way through the strand connecting their worlds, along with Illyrien, to whom he is bound by mysterious spiritual cords, and friends Orren and Deshken, he must find his way through hundreds of miles of winter wilderness, sneak into the ancient citadel of the Auerkeep, find the two greatest treasures there, and escape without being caught. Spectres, monsters, and ghouls are not the only thing standing in his way. Will betrayal ruin all his plans? Or will a face-to-face confrontation with the Crow end his quest to erase his great mistake of the past and foil his plot to return home? Even the Greatfather cannot see all ends.
