Rae is a rape survivor, and to make matters worse, her rapist is now the town's mayor. She's grieving the loss of the only man who's ever loved her, and she's trying to stay sober while finishing the restoration of a Harley for her friend's fundraiser. But she's not leaving town fast enough for someone, and when the threats turn to murder, Rae becomes a prime suspect.

Logan is a man with a mission. He doesn't have time for love, he has a company to save. But when he meets Rae, he can't help but be drawn to her. As they work together to clear her name, they begin to realize that their feelings for each other might be more than just a passing attraction. However, when it comes down to love or money, which will win out?

This full-length manuscript is the first in a series with a happy ending. But be warned, the heroine's backstory and plot deal with sensitive topics such as rape, violence, and addiction. The story contains adult language and situations.
