Most romance authors run with to much sex and not enough book. Vicki has come through with a complete book. Her charactor introduction mixes well as she weaves her story into the body of the book, and, the story ends as it should. Although this is Vicki's first novel, her literary talents show. This book depicts two woman, fed up with same ole stuff, going on a road trip to get back in touch with themselfs. They both find that something or someone special can not only inprove their lives, but it can also show them the path of least resistance. Somethings change and somethings never do. They come home changed women. This is a great book that will have you wanting to read it until your finished. Great Job!!!

Coming of Age

In Vicki Bissillion's well-written debut novel, she shows us that "coming of age" can happen at any age. Incredibly detailed, CHROME AND BLACK LACE puts the reader right in the saddle, the motorcycle saddle - feeling and seeing everything the main characters do. It's a story that moves along well to a satisfying ending.
