Life had handed Emma heartache and difficulty over the years and she struggled to figure out what Christmas was all about. Her brother, a Captain in the US Army, was stationed in Afghanistan, but he was due home for Christmas this year for the first time in five years. His whole company would be coming home. The crime rate in Evergreen increased in the New Year and Emma found herself captured by a human trafficking ring in a case of mistaken identity - or was it?
