An Australian friend of mine when slightly inebriated said that all religion - mainly Christianity and Islam - was ridiculous. He himself was a child of the enlightenment, he slurred, so he did not believe it. As he warmed to his theme, he went on to use words like "nonsense" and "dangerous". He spoke, I am afraid, for an awful lot of people.But was he right? This little booklet delves into two questions which he skirted. First of all, what is the evidence for Islam and Christianity to show that they represent historical events? Second, are both religions saying the same thing or are they completely different?I am a Christian myself and proud of it.
