Christian Life: God's Way to the Good Life

Christianity believes in one God who created Heaven and the universe and, upon the Life, Miracles and Teachings of Jesus Christ the Good Shepherd, Who came to lead His flock to greener pastures. It gives humanity a reason to life in this world and in the eternal world to come in God's Heavenly Kingdom. God's Laws of life define our love for Him and our love for each other. Our spiritual assets open our eyes of faith to see beyond this world. We become rich in faith, love and goodness through serving God, our family and our fellow human being. The assets of life that matter are good health, peace of mind, a clear conscience, self respect, love and compassion for our fellow human being, a happy home, personal growth and spiritual happiness that can only be found in God and Jesus Christ. Strong family bonds are forged in a happy home with loving, caring parents who teach their children from infancy, Christian values and virtues that ultimately bring every child closer to God. Faith generates that spiritual energy in times of need to persevere and to endure every difficulty, every sorrow and every setback because God is our refuge, our strength and our inspiration toward a brighter tomorrow. Christian life is lived in relationship with God through Jesus Christ, Christian fellowship in the church and through serving our fellow human being. Christian life is blessed by God with love, humility, forgiveness, and compassion. Jesus Christ says, "This is the way to a meaningful, just and wholesome existence". "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." Matthew 5:16 His Illuminated Light gives us peace of mind and helps us to overcome fears, worries and the obstacles of life. Christian values shape character and lifestyle that benefit our family, our community and our fellow human being. When we reach out to those in need, hold the hand of those in sorrow or, we give a helping hand, we are living out the Vision of God. Jesus Christ came to offer people salvation through repentance, by putting their trust in Him, and to be baptized into His Church. Prayer brings us closer to God, our dear Lord, Jesus Christ, our Blessed Virgin Mary and the Saints. Through prayer, we seek guidance, forgiveness or the light of hope. In quiet humility, we pray in our own words, our needs, our hopes and our dreams. Problems, uncertainty and setbacks in life can bring negative attitudes and feelings of being at the mercy of the unknown. Fear can create helplessness, anxiety or panic and weigh us down with negative emotions about the future. Faith in God can help us to find the light of hope to better days ahead. Jesus Christ Illuminates our path through difficult steps to provide that inspiration and inner-strength to move mountains. Even in the midst of adversity, the right attitude and a vivid imagination can contribute to positive future outcomes. Two Biblical Proverbs provide the basic foundations for success: The first proverb: "Ask and it will be given you. Seek and you will find. Knock and the door will be opened to you." He who asks will receive, he who seeks will find, and, he who knocks will have the door opened to him. The second Proverb: "Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reapeth." The harvest you reap depends on the kind of seeds you sow. You will not go very far unless you put forth the effort. Re-focus the mind.A positive mind opens the door to realizing dreams.
