Christian Heritage Worship Guide: Summer Edition (Christian Heritage Daily Worship Guide)

At Christian Heritage Interactive Mission (CHIM), we always try to give thanks for our Christian heritage. We make it our mission and goal to pass down our Christian Faith to the generations that follow us. That is what motivates us and is the driving force behind this collection of works. The contents of this, and other, volumes are what I write and send out each day to those participating in our Christian Heritage Interactive Ministry and contains ideas and thoughts that come to me after I have awakened and have come to the Towers (my downtown Fort Payne office, prayer closet, and author's desk). I come here to prepare what I send out that, hopefully, serves as a guide for us as we worship. The ideas and thoughts in This is Our Story come from my own heart and prayerful reflections. Hopefully they are encouraging and helpful in some way for getting the day started well. Remember, though, that what I write cannot be compared with what is written in the Scripture passages found in the Worship Guide. The passages from the Bible are God-breathed, inerrant, and completely reliable. Yes, "All Scripture is God-Breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16,17. Therefore, we cling to the Word of God and make it our foundation. The Word is the God-Given Rule for our faith and practice. Jesus says that Heaven and Earth will pass away, but that His Word will never pass away. So, please enjoy my thoughts and prayers and encouragements for each day, then go straight to the subsequent Christian Heritage Daily Worship Guide for that day and follow along in worship and devotion.
