Living the best life you could live, and having the courage to take a peek into your dark side could be one of the hardest things in life. The risk is high, but the rewards are higher. We could sit here and blame our circumstances for why we treat others/ourselves badly, or we can take life by the horns and live in our authentic self. This includes taking accountability for the ones you've harmed, and changing your ways. Sometimes, people around you aren't the toxic ones, you are.
