Coco Stanley can't believe the way her high-end chocolate specialty shop has taken off. But her own exotic appetite is aroused when the most mouthwatering confection she's ever seen walks through the door. He's Ransom Winters, self-made millionaire and compassionate youth counselor to the troubled kids in their L.A. neighborhood. Ransom's proud of his program for at-risk teens. And once he meets the owner of Coco's Chocolat, the Grammy-winning songwriter gets another brainstorm. But jobs for his boys aren't the only thing Ransom wants from Coco. Now if only he can get the relationship-wary chocolatier to say yes to a lifetime of sweet bliss...starting on Valentine's Day Because chocolate can be fleeting, but love is forever.
Coco Stanley owns a specialty chocolate shop across the street from D-Unit owned by the handsome Ranson Winters. When the two meet it is instant attraction and takes off from there. I enjoyed this book. I loved the romance and family helping the teenages. Over all I love this book.

Hot buttered love!!! I was so excited to get this book and realize it is connected to the Ransom's of Riverside stories by Jacqulin Thomas. It was great to have her writing romance again. I know Mrs. Thomas has a strong christian background and it comes across in her works. If you are familar with her other novels, you will understand. If not, please pick one up most are rather old and you may have to borrow from a trusted friend. You will enjoy!! Welcome back Mrs. Thomas to the romance genre.

This was a very good book I love the fact that Jacquelin caught us up with the other Ramson it is always good to re-visit family. You can feel the chemistry between the couple. In the beginning you will think Coco is a snob by the way she act, but Coco will learn you can't judge a book or a person by it cover or the type of clothes they wear. Ramson is one of those guys you will love who wants to help everybody and knows that all people want is to be given a chance in life and not be judge. Enjoy the book. Smooches Louise

Coco Stanley is the owner of a high end chocolate specialty shop. A new business opens up across the street and she has already passed judgement because she hears what she thinks is loud hip hop music and kids going there wearing baggy jeans. She thinks it is a music store and that it will ruin the area and bring gangs around. She finds that it is actually a alternative school for young men to help them get their homework done and to stay out of trouble and out of gangs. Ransom Winters is a self made millionaire and compassionate youth counselor who owns and runs the place he has named the D-Unit. They finally meet after he goes to her families business the Stanley Chocolates factory to talk to her brother about what the D-Unit is and asks if some of the young men can work there part-time. Sparks fly and she listens to what his school is all about, she begins to change her opinion about the youth that go there. A near tragedy happens and she blames Ramsey and his students for the incident. In the end it all works out though. I especially loved this story because it brings back the Ramsey clan from past books. It brings you up to date on Prescott Jr., Garret, Laine, Ray, Ivy, Kaitlin, Jillian, Nyle, Allura and Elle. I loved that series and you will love the circumstances that brings this family together again in this book.
