Terrific book. There is something for everyone. It has been a star for me at parties!

Wonderful! But ONLY for the truly serious!

I received this as a gift last year and I absolutely LOVE it. The history sections for both coffee and chocolate are very interesting and get beyond the basics. There are also advanced technique and product information sections. I have tried several of the recipes and have not been disappointed. It has measurements noted in ounces and grams so it 'translates' well. I am thrilled to have this book on my shelf and refer to it often.
