I was running. Breathing in, lungs pulling in and out, feeling emotional with fear in my eyes. I did this for some time in the dark forest at night. Breaking through the jungle, I headed down the beach to the coastal reflected water, and I didn't stop. My feet hit the water and the rest of my body soon followed, as I continued to run into the ocean, deeper and deeper, until my head was under, and I kept going. The water cooled my fur as I continued to pace further down into the abyss. The surface above was no longer in my sights, but the feeling never left my neck, I wasn't stopping until I was home.
