My childhood memory

My mom had this book when I was a kid and she had photocopy all the pages for me when I moved out of my home. I had finally found a copy and I am so happy. It has a wide range of regional cuisine (Chinese cuisine is so wide and varied) and it is a good starting point for people to learn Chinese cooking. So happy to have found this.
