COVID-19 is an extreme danger that loom the world in the present time. The danger will escalate peradventure America and China loose the technology and scientific battle against the coronavirus (COVID-19). The global effect of the ongoing coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is astonishing with tremendous impact on the nations economy and throughout the entire sphere of human activities from the world perspective. The deadly disease that originated in the Chinese city of Wuhan has now infected people across the globe, spreading steadily like weird fire. The essence of this research is to provide insight on the potential economic dilemma of the coronavirus on various aspect of wealth and manpower distribution and as well as public opinions on the virus' impact on society well being. The research recommended extensive use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Drones) technologies to provide healthcare services options, supply chains, spraying and disinfecting areas identified with corona virus prevalence and delivery logistics across the globe since human massive movements are restricted. The use of Drone systems will find relevance and extend to ordering of goods and services.
