Excellent Resource

I can't say enough about this book. It is a step by step guide to help improve your ministry. Jim Wideman is honest and comical. It will help you see where you need to improve, but also encourage you when you are already doing what needs to be done. Excellent book highly recommend to anyone in children's ministry.

It's what you wish you knew your rookie year...

Great book. It's a simple read. Practical and user friendly. Filled with transferable concepts that any leader can build into him or herself and then transfer to others. I wish I had this my freshman year of children's ministry.
