Definitely NOT "very good conditon"

Purchased the book to use in our Kids' Church. Imagine my disappointment to find it has pages torn out of it! Someone didn't check the book thoroughly, or, they just "judged the book by its cover". I'll be checking Better World Books for my future needs.
