I'm not sure why, but I found this an easier read than "the Biggest Secret". I think Icke has evolved into a more structured writer organizing his data in a manner that is more easily absorbed. My favorite sections of his previous book were the manipulations taking place in the current era rather than ancient times which is mostly speculation (although quite convincing). Children of the Matrix seems to have improved upon this area of research. The major activities of the bloodlines is presented throughout three major chapters including but not limited to: Serving the Dragon, The Past (The Present, and The Future). Some of the most interesting information can be found in the appendices including in depth details of the sacred bloodline mainly focused on the Bush and Windsor families. The second appendix is probably my favorite section of the book. This area traces the lost years of Adolf Hitler and reveals evidence of a possible Rothschild heritage. If you've read The Biggest Secret, then this is more of the same albeit still a facinating read. If you're new to Icke, then this is a good place to start.

Illuminating

While I may not completely ascribe to Icke's reptilian hypothesis, I will certainly not take the juvenile backdoor of sarcastically belittling his work. David Icke, to paraphrase many, is ON TO SOMETHING. No matter how you look at it (unless through the hazy eyes of conventional conditioning) you have to notice that our leaders are simply not like us. David Icke states that they are a humanoid reptilian race that has breeded throughout the millenia in order to keep us in servitude to them. Well one thing is for sure - reptiles or not they HAVE interbreeded for centuries and they ARE keeping us in servitude to them. And I for one don't think it's anything to laugh about. I don't care if you call our leaders demons or lizards, it's obvious they're evil. And honestly, I don't think it's any more rediculous to think that our president is a reptilian than it is to think our leaders are benevolent. Wake up! I don't think this is a good book to start out in your quest to uncover the truth of our society, because you have to be de-conditioned in the first place to get past the first chapter. I'm fortunate in that I have read many books by many authors, notably "Rulers of Evil" by Tupper Saucey and "Behold a Pale Horse" by William Cooper so that by the time I read "Children of the Matrix" I had my blinders removed and came to it with an open mind. So if it helps, think of David Icke's reptilian theory as a metaphor for evil people in general, I know I've independently thought of these people as lizard-like without having read this book. I mean they operate through fear, violence, and hate - very reptilian for sure. They use fear to keep us ignorant, to stop us from questioning their disgusting motives. The fact is, these (most often) rich bloodlines are full of satanists who love nothing more than to ritually torture and murder children for the feeling of power it gives them. Remember, it's not what you believe that matters, it's what the "powers that be" believe, and sadly, many are satanist. Like I said, leave your sarcasm and illusion of knowledge at the door when reading this masterful book. True wisdom lies in knowing that you know nothing.

One of the best conspiracy book out there!!!

Every page in this book has great and entertaining information that makes you think about the world we live in.This book gets into how humans have been manipulated since the start of human history by an extraterrestrial or interdimensional race out to keep humans ignorant of what really is happening. This book shows how all people in power through out history share the same blood line from American Presidents to the royal family that go back to the time of the Sumarians and beyond. Hard too believe but possible. The author exposes how a secret society called the Illuminati are the real power behind the throne conroling just about everything in politics, media, and big corporations to keep humans in line. The author claims people are being kept in line through imprisonment of the human mind. Rigid belief systems like Christianity,Judism,Islam, Hinduism, and all other forms of religion designed to discourage free thinking, all a creation of secret societies like the Illuminati. The Author also gets into Christ conspiracies that are very interesting and if you never read any material of this nature this stuff will blow your mind away. The author tells the story and gives proof of who and what these extraterresrials are that go back thousands of years.The author claims that the mythical Gods of old like in Sumarian writings of exraterrestial Gods called the Annunaki are of reptilian form and these are the guys that are running the whole show. The author also claims the blood line of the Annunaki and the Biblical Nephilim are same guys that interbred with human female as stated in the Bible and Sumarian scrpit, and that they share thier blood line with all are leaders through out history. When the author gets into the shape shifting part it gets a little hard too believe. He claims that some our most known leaders are shape shifters. This is something you just have to read for your self.The concpiracy theories go on and on with very interesting and entertaining material that make you think. "Maybe all of this is possible".

Fasten Your Seat Belts!

Fasten your seat belts, ladies and gentlemen: we are in for the biggest ride in human history! And that goes back much further than you think, as Icke documents in his latest book. Having read all his prior books, I thought there could be nothing left to shock me; was I wrong! Are you ready to have every belief you've ever had ripped away from your psyche? (Remember---no beliefs equals freedom from the propaganda!) I have been researching the great crossroads we are at for decades: will we choose liberty or slavery? When the shift hits the fan, will people recognize what Icke says is true, that we have been manipulated from behind the scenes by a non-human species? Who would we be without their ruthless conditioning of our minds, economy, society, media, drug traffic, etc? I have researched UFOs and aliens for decades, as well as Satan worship, environmental issues, corporation takeovers, third world slavery and the political agenda behind religions. I have become very familiar with the New World Order politics. But in this masterpiece, Icke ties everything together! It all falls provably under one umbrella. So the fantastic news is, if enough people wake up and we take back our power, we can have paradise on earth, especially when we utilize the hidden technology "they" have kept from us, such as cancer cures, ways to make deserts into crop-growing lands, etc. Many problems, yet only one simple solution!!! Take back our power from the Illuminati! Everyone on the planet needs to read this book and spread the word.

David Icke Does It Again!

With "Children of the Matrix" (I'm 80% of the way through), David Icke adds another tomeful of amazing research to bolster what is surely the conspiriologist's equivalent of the physicist's unified field theory. No-one pulls it together like Icke with his irreverent Brit wit and cut-the-crap insight. Those who claim his books are poorly written are (a) full of it & (b) missing the point. Icke's informal writing style remains accessible and enjoyable throughout, besides which, the man is not trying to win a nobel prize for literature here; what he *is* trying to do is to inform as many people as possible about the actual nature of the world we live in. It turns out the calling cards of the Illuminati global power elite are everywhere when you know what to look for. Hardly reassuring, but a necessary step in taking back our power. The one omission I found puzzling, even unsettling: Where are the chemtrails? In Icke's book I mean! The ones above my head on an almost daily basis I have no problem spotting. Oh, well, let somebody else figure that one out. Bravo, David Icke!
