This is the fifteenth in a series of inspirational books that combine Scripture quotations with striking scenic photography to provide hope and encouragement for everyday life. If you believe in Jesus Christ, you are a child of God. The bible says as children of God we are "heirs" with Christ, sharing an inheritance with Him that we can scarcely imagine. If you are like me, I do not in any way feel qualified to be a child of God. So how will it happen? Well, thankfully, God has already brought us into his glorious kingdom through the death and resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ. And now, day by day, through the power of the Holy Spirit, He is finishing His work in us. Isaiah 53:2-3 provides a glimpse of what we, as saints, have to look forward to, "you will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. Instead of the thornbush will grow the juniper, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow. This will be for the LORD's renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever."
