Archetype is defined as primordial form, patterns, structure. The language of the archetypes is figurative and symbolic. Archetypes are found in the collective unconscious. Thus, all of us have access to all archetypes, but our upbringing determines which archetype is our preferred archetype. Archetypes contain all the wisdom and knowledge that has existed since the beginning of mankind.All archetypes contain both a light and a shadow side. Archetypes are not only reflected in our personality, but also in various operational, human expressions, such as culture, religion, myths and symbols. Examples of common human expressions are archetypes such as Mother Earth, The Great Father and The Hero.One of the keys to developing children's resources and their healing is becoming aware of their archetypal energies. Symbols are the language of the unconscious. Symbols are the language of the archetypes. The intention is to make the unconscious more conscious.
