Two months ago, the residents of Sandal Pointe exhaled a huge sigh of relief. The Sandal Pointe Detectives (Raz, O, and Buffalo) once again saved the seaside town from Chickenman and Stine, the two villainous doctors who tried to destroy Sandal Pointe and its inhabitants. Stine was captured and Chickenman fell into a bottomless pit, presumed to be dead.
But far across the Atlantic Ocean, high up in Romania's Carpathian Mountains, a long-lost relative of Chickenman, the Countess of Cheqman, believes Chickenman has survived and begins a journey to find him.
