Adorable!

This book could not have came at a better for me, as I read it to get in the spirit of Valentines Day. It is an adorable book of 2-3 page stories that focus on love, dating, romance, and marriage. This book begins with an introduction from Kristi Yamaguchi (famous ice skater) and her hockey playing husband, telling how they met and fell in love. It was a nice way to start the book and showed that celebrities expierence the whole love, dating, and marriage thing just like the rest of us! Throughout the book, I laughed and cried at all the tales that made me feel both relied that it didn't happen to me and surprised that I was also in the similar situation. The book makes you feel giddy inside and since it is real-life stories, it is not like a romance novel, just like two friends talking! I enjoyed reading a story here and there and picking it up to read all 101 stories! I received this book to review, but it is 100% my opinion.

Perfect collection for the season, or anytime...

Face it, we could always use new stories about dating, romance and love. They never get old, and this collection doesn't disappoint. I first got a copy of the book from my friend Natalia, the writer of "My First - and Best - Easter," whose writing I've always enjoyed. Her stories draw you in slowly and end with the most unlikely (and hopeful) conclusion. This story is no different, and I was even surprised to see I have a (small) cameo, in her search for the right guy. So that means I have to like the story. But why should you? Well, I'm very picky when it comes to romance and inspiration stories...I can't stand anything that seems contrived. Natalia's, like many in this collection, are true to life and original. You won't be disappointed.

Couldn't stop reading

I started this book before bed and I read for two hours before I forced myself to put it down. I was so heart-warming to read story upon story about the love between two people. Every one of us is different, yet so much the same. Some people dated for weeks, some for years, some had labeled themselves as 'never to be coupled.' Each writer brings us into his or her private, unique world in such a beautifully-written way. If you are someone, like me, who loves to ask people: "How did you two meet?" you will fall in love with this book. Perfect for Valentine's Day!
