The 125,000 combinations of dinner courses cited in the book blurb doesn't do justice to the many really interesting and tasty recipies included. I saw many recipies that I can't wait to try, and I have done a lot of cooking, especially with chicken. Recently I did the Baked Chicken with Rosemary and Lemon that I will be cooking for friends in Italy later this summer. Excellent results. The book's format is interesting also. Each page is physically divided (actually cut) into horizontal thirds: the top third for chicken main courses, middle third for veggies, and the bottom third for the starch. Just turn to the desired page for each part of dinner and each recipe will be displayed at once. You could cook an entire dinner without having to turn a page! I used this book for the first time recently and I had to buy it. I'll probably get a copy or two for presents also.
