Enjoyable

Nice pictorial views of the bay organized down one coast and up the other. Covers the major marina's , but not the gunk holes.

A Unique View of the Chesapeake Bay

I like this book. The format is really different and useful. The book is mainly a collection of low altitude aerial photographs of Chesapeake Bay ports and anchorages. The photos are nice and clear with very good detail. And a real plus is that they have annotated the pictures to point out where things like marinas and restaurants are located. Seems like a great way to orient yourself to a new area before you arrive. A fairly brief written description of each port is also included, but the photos are really the star of this book.
