This Accounting Ledger is perfect for anyone who intends to keep track of their Daily and Monthly payments. The Single Entry Ledger also allows you to keep track of Regular Deposits made into your bank account.

The Check Register is not just a notebook for recording your transactions, but it also helps you verify the accuracy of your monthly bank statement. Compare the recorded transactions in your Checkbook Register with your Monthly Bank Statement to see items which have not been cleared or reconciled by the Bank.The bank should provide you with a Reconciliation Statement at the end of the month, but if they don't, you should request it, providing them with your Checkbook Register for investigation.

This Checkbook Register has 8 columns. There are Date, Transaction Description, Name of Payee or Payer, Reconcile, Debit, Credit and Balance. The Debit and Credit columns are split into two for separating Dollars and Cents. There are no country-specific currency symbols printed on the pad, so this register can be used by anyone in the world.

Each page has a header with fields for date (month and year), and other brief details that you would like to write.

The Pad has 70 sheets (140 pages) excluding the introduction pages. The introduction pages include a Page for filling in your Name, Ledger Number, Accounting Period, Email, Phone and Postal Address.
