None of us is happy all the time. Sometimes we're sad. Sometimes we're angry. It's okay to feel a myriad of emotions. Better yet, it's to our advantage if we can acknowledge our moods and allow ourselves to experience the humanness of all they encompass.
This journal has 140 prompts relating to seven different emotions: excitement, fear, happiness, anger, gratefulness, sadness, and curiosity. These prompts are designed to help us recognize who we are and how we react and interact with our lives.
Along with the prompts, there are areas for recording and tracking self-care. Self-care is important for developing to our full potentials, especially in a world gone crazy.
