Cheated as HSP with dissociation

There are many positive aspects in life. And yet I cannot ignore the negative sides. Especially since I grew up in a family with the presence of the mental illnesses PTSD, (open and hidden) narcissism, codependency, gaslighting (cunning manipulation technique of hidden narcissism) and TPS. The more progress I make with my current therapy, the more cheating I discover for myself in my life. Not only by all my family members, but also by my ex-husband from Algeria, who envisaged the marriage of convenience (the fake marriage) to obtain a residence permit and a Dutch passport. I feel cheated by these people, because they turned out to be very different from the impression they gave. It turns out that looks can be deceiving well. I realize, as HSS, there are a lot of people out there who are good actors. As HSP, I do not influence, manipulate or cheat other people myself. As HSP, I am honest and sincere.
