Beautiful still captures from one of my most favorite movies...

This is definitely a lovely book. There are a lot of unseen pictures of Audrey that were captured during the filming of Sabrina. Mark Shaw obviously had the privilege and he did a wonderful job because these pictures are so full of life. Audrey shines through each page as I flipped over... If you are also a fan of Audrey, you'll love this book!

Audrey Hepburn was breathtakingly beautiful

If you are an Audrey fan like me,you really appreciate the pictures that Mark Shaw had taken of Audrey while on and off the set of Sabrina. This book provides never before seen pictures of Audrey and really shows an intimate portrait of what a great person she was. I really like this book and that is why I bought it.

A collection of intimate pictures of one of the great screen actresses of the last century

Mark Shaw was a famed photographer for Life, and one of his early assignments was documenting the production of Sabrina, starring a young Audrey Hepburn in 1963. While some of his photos were published in Life, many of them had been lost. Recently re-discovered and collected here, there are both the previously published and famous (Audrey in a men's Oxford shirt and little else) and the never before seen. Interspersed throughout are quotes from both Audrey and those that knew her well. Shaw's photography was excellent and Audrey allowed him access beyond just on set. The result is a collection of intimate pictures of one of the great screen actresses of the last century.
