Charlie Perkins is on the horns of the worst dilemma of his young life. The Russians want him dead because of the threat his alien probe-induced psionic abilities pose; but he has found the love of his life and wants to settle down with Kelly Glisan. Doing so puts her in as much jeopardy as he is with the Russians. Charlie has to escape custody to rescue her and they are again on the run. Then the alien probe demands Charlie's presence.Can Charlie hold out against the forces pursuing him?
