Charlie Duffy: A Second Hit Man Trilogy (Books 4, 5 and 6), continues where the first Trilogy (Books 1, 2, and 3) left off. Charlie, now in his middle seventies, and after working alone for over 30 years, has decided he is no longer physically capable of running his business alone. To correct this, Charlie added two female partners, Gloria and Babs, to his previous solo Hit Man operation. He is now, based on the recommendation of Gloria, considering expanding their group by adding a male partner, Brett Striker, as a trainee into the world of hit men and women. Brett, is a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, who Gloria came in contact with during her last very difficult assignment. When recommending him to Charlie, Gloria said she believed Brett had an unstated aptitude for their line of work, but, of course, the decision is Charlie's. The second trilogy follows this new development, which contains enough twists and turns to keep the reader in their chair reading.
