Champ is at best a poor excuse for a human and at worst a Private Detective. This Private Eye, or Marlowe, may be the man who can feel no physical pain but he rather much be the man who was left alone with his hutch. However, fate, karma, and history will tell a different story. Champ's life is set off like a row of dominoes. In Part One: ANGELS WITH FILTHY FACES; During the witness of a random death Champ is asked to investigate. However just like everything else in his life nothing comes easy as Champ discovers a web of drugs, murder, and the early stages of an all-out gang war. Behind it all may be an urban legend; the elusive, shadowy character who only goes by the name: Hermano de Sangre.The story continues in Part Two: MY HEART FLOATS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTLE; Our 'Hero', Champ is once again left to his own devices. When an opportunity comes along that may lead him to a link from the sins of his past, will he take it? He may not want to. Nevertheless ignorance is not bliss in this story of corruption, greed, guilt, innocence lost, and of course, hutch. Within the final piece of the ongoing story, Part Three: THE FAT MAN SLEEPS WITH THE SWEDISH FISHES; It has all come to this, Champ makes a deal with a Devil to defeat another Devil. A new player surfaces as Champ tries to glue the shattered pieces of his life back together. As the final battle rapidly approaches with hutch in hand will he gain some of his humanity back, or just lose it all in the end?
