Surprisingly, all of the other animals in the jungle would too So Chameleon sets to work painting stripes on the lion, polka-dots on the elephant using every color and pattern under the sun. But as the animals soon learn, changing their original appearance causes problems they never expected...
Our four year old LOVED this story. Of the three similar books I ordered this one captured her imagination. She wanted me to read it over and over!

This is a WONDERFUL children's book. The illustrations are "fabulous" (to quote Hippo) and it is a great book for a unit an All About Me unit...the theme of appreciating who are you is carried out quite nicely! A great addition to any classroom or personal library!
