A reader-friendly, inspirational little book

I was given a copy of this book a day or so ago and read it through in one sitting. At first I was going to give this a 3 star rating, but I decided not to. Yes, the diet section and some others ramble on, but this (after all) a man telling what he is going to beat of the MS Dragon. Details count for many people. I hope that many MS patients read this book -- the Jim Haverlock story. There are so many life lessons here that will inform and uplift even the most jaded reader. It is definitely 5-star -- no, make that 100 star -- on the feel-it-in-heart meter!

A heartwarming story of one man's quest for healing!

Mr. Haverlock has written a wonderfully heartwarming story of his life that really encourages those of us who have health problems and aren't content to accept the pronouncements of doctors as "final verdicts". He tells a courageous tale of his own trek through all kinds of treatments - conventional and unconventional -- how some in both categories failed and some in both helped. I especially was intrigued by Haverlock's experience with umbilical cord stem cell therapy, which is so leading edge.Get this book!
