Everything in the Universe vibrates at a certain frequency. The higher we raise our vibration, the higher our energy level, the more orderly, the happier and the more harmonious we become.

Everything possesses its own unique vibratory frequency - each mineral, plant, animal, human, food, color, music, room, home, country, etc. People s tastes vary according to their vibration. A higher vibration individual lives a clean, neat, orderly and harmonious life. S/he will select food, colors, music, friends, work etc. of a high vibration. A lower vibration individual lives in disharmony due to a chaotic mind which is unable to achieve order. A whirlwind of chaos and noise is created by a lower vibration person s mind, negatively affecting his / her own life and the lives of others around him / her.

Discipline and love are required to raise one s vibration. The three discipline chakras are Chakras 1, 3 and 5. In Chakra 1, one disciplines oneself to fulfil one s job requirements. Punctuality, reliability, responsibility, stability are required. (Note these qualities are fundamental to all the chakra lessons which follow). In Chakra 3, one implements a healthy dietary discipline, avoiding foods which are harmful, consuming foods and food combinations which are nutritious and easy to digest. In Chakra 5, one works the mental body with study and one learns tongue control.

Most people on Earth do not follow any dietary discipline, their taste buds dictate their dietary habits. What is ingested is not generally related to one s state of health.
