What are dreams? What is reality? These are questions the sheltered young artist, Chael Sephyl, never imagined she would face. Always one to embrace her simple, carefree times, Chael loved nothing more than the tranquility of each day as she painted wonderous works of art so magnificent that one might think her paintings to be magical.

However, Chael's peaceful life is shaken when her mother suddenly falls ill with a deadly sickness. Fearful of the unknown but determined to save her mother's life, Chael embarks on a journey in search of an elusive cure. Alongside her adventure-seeking best friend Priseen, the two girls must venture to a distant city and seek out the means to save Chael's mother before it is too late. Soon after setting out from her homeland, Chael is haunted by strange visions in her sleep that seem all too real as they drag her into an even more desperate ordeal.

The line between dreams and reality blurs as an ancient, restless evil stirs deep within the realm of the subconscious, and only the power of Chael's art may be the key to mankind's salvation or destruction.
