Cerro Pelado: A Secret Invasion

The Cuban Government wants to discredit the US Government in the UN and worldwide to force it to break the economic blockade imposed on the island. In order to do this they will use their JCR of the Department of the Americas of the Cuban Communist Party. The JCR coordinates Cuban support to armed guerrilla groups in Latin America. The PLA in Puerto Rico has been convinced by its leaders and Cuban agents that it is time to develop an insurgency on the island. The JCR has promised to send by ship, the "Cerro Pelado," a Brigade of International Volunteers to support the PLA. The insurgency will develop from an insurrection by the PLA on 4 July 1976. However intelligence agents of the NIE of the PR Government have found out about the Cuban plans. What will happen?
