Centered Thoughts

I have written four paperbacks. Each one has humbled me further. Centered Thoughts has opened my heart/mind. I understand more of my brain design and its beauty. This paperback has revealed more of what is of my Bipolar Mind. The brain has challenged me, but meditation has stilled what medication could not kill. My core remains strong.
