Great overview for non-techies

Jen O'Connell has written a no-nonsense guide to the wireless world. She makes easy reading out of the various acronyms, technologies, etc. This is a great book for anyone who is interested in learning more about the cell phone or mobile space or who buys cellular devices for themselves or a company.
