Only 7 Craft/Recipes. You can find better stuff online for free.

The book has a pretty colored cover, but all the pages on in the inside looked like they were printed out of a black and white printer. Some the images were difficult to see clearly. Drawings would have been nicer. The ideas provided in the book were slim. For more than $12, you're only getting 7 crafts/recipes. One, the ice lanterns, require you live in an region that gets cold enough to keep your ice balls from melting. Two more crafts require knowing how to wet felt and make doilies (or at least have doilies). I can see kids having fun creating crafts with wet felt, but the doily lanterns looks boring for kids. The final 3 crafts are recipes: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Kid Friendly Slow Cooker Wassail, and Gluten Free Buche de Noel. I didn't make these recipes, but I assume they're good. My problem lies with the fact that this is all I got for over $12. The recipes are easy enough to find online for free. Granted, most recipes are. Still, I do like to buy cookbooks, if a cookbook has enough recipes worth purchasing. While this book has a cute cover, I find its contents lacking. Better ideas are available online for free.
