Great book.

I found this book a good study tool. I'd suggest getting the Cisco courseware book as well. The Lammle cram book was really thin in comparison. His larger study guides are a nice companion to the exam cram books. Do not skip the basic troubleshooting module. I underestimated how much this would be on the test. Memorizing commands doesn't work. Also I'd suggest taking this test last after all the rest. They lay a good base for this one.

Good for review of learned material

Excellent book to confirm if you know all the material learned from either the Cisco and/or Sybex Cisco Internetworking Troubleshooting books. With the vast amount of information covered, its difficult to know what you retained, if anything. This book verifies that, I have the Cisco Press book by Laura Chappel, and about 70% of the material learned, was reinforced with this book. Good work, keep it up.

Excellent resource!

This book helped me understand the material required for the CIT test (as I passed with over a 900/1000 score). Although the book could have gone into more detail in some areas, the conciseness of it can also make it that much easier for last minute studying.
