The two OSes look similar, with some minor differences in the command syntaxes and usage. For example, NX-OS does not have the login command for the switch users. Also it does not really distinguish between the standard ACL and the extended ACL. After all, the exam topics of this Datacenter track do not really have anything special (relative to the R&S track) other than implementing the technical features under the Nexus switches and the NX-OS.
