oh he beat me to it

oh this was my idea, well my wifes thought I should create a cookbook. my idea was one for the single guy that defined how to take basic stuff and make it excellent and also what should be paired with what. The Cookbook to get you laid. because to be honest that's why I started cooking, works to, even after you say I do.

A must have for men who know their garage better then their kitchen

This book came out in 2002, but I just bought it today. OMG. hilarity. And not just funny, but honest. Men (or dykes), learn how to make easy to create dishes with less than 6 ingredients each. What wines (and beers) go with what you are serving. How to make something simple seem more special. and... learn it all while looking at lovely pics of women. The recipies are cheap, easy, and having done some of these in the past, they work. This guy explains cooking concepts in ways that make sense to many cavemen I know: the spices are kinda like the hood scoops on a '69 GTO, they provide just a little stylish addition and performance. I'm amused, and I think I finally found a deviled egg recipie I actually understand. Ok, I still think deviled eggs are nasty, but at least I get this recipe if I had to make them, in fact, I think I now have it memorized. It's funny, I've been cooking since I was 5, and went to formal cooking lessons as an early teen... but funny cookbooks still win me over. If you have someone who knows tools for the garage better than tools in the kitchen, and they like looking at girlies, consider this fun book :) Who knows, they might break down and make you bruchetta (he describes them as italian salsa on some toast, but more likely to get you laid if you call it brew-she-ta) or paella (he describes it as the original italian leftover dish, how true- but it sounds sexier to say it's pie-a-uh).
