This is a really great story and it's had to believe its true but it is. I've had the great pleasure to meet the man that not only wrote it, but who's life the story is about. When I read it the 1st time I couldn't put the book down. Its hard for some people to believe this really happened, but it was a different time during the cold war. Mr Dupre does a really good job of describing what the "cold war" was about. The Soviet block countries where all about keepin their people in a prison behind a wall. There were people that were willing to help those oppressed to get the freedom that so many of us take for granted. This is a must read for thosewho are intersted in the events that where taking place in Europe during the turbulant years of the cold war.
