Informative, beautiful graphics, met my expectations

This is a book suitable for gift-giving to the lace collector or maker. Very informative and the graphics are beautiful. Typical of English publications, it is lovely to look at and full of information about special days on the Church calendar, recipes for the days and the history behind the celebration. Wonderful book!

A unique book

This book is a compliation of traditions and recipies for each month of the year. It has a nice combination of historical and more modern traditions. I have used it for a few parties and found it to be quite inspirational.
