Superheroes and Supervillains were a craze that swept post-war America. The A-listers like Superman and Dr. Doom are still well known today. That is not the case for the hundreds of B-list and C-listers whose names have vanished into obscurity. Long forgotten Chicago supervillain, The Opossum, is approaching the end of his existence. His final wish is for one last grand caper, but who knows if his arch-rival the daring Superhero Catman and his crew are still alive. With the help of his daughter Ilsa and the, at one time, infamous villainess, Mouse Girl, he manages to entice Catman, and his few remaining comrades into one last game of Cat and Marsupial. The Opossum's derby-clad henchmen have been dropping like flies with advanced coronary disease and enlarged prostates, so Ilsa has to get creative when finding replacements. A plan is hatched, and all is going fairly well until they accidentally cross paths with a mad doctor and two misfit thugs who plan to detonate a nuclear device. Will Catman be able to stop The Opossum from stealing the renowned Scorpio Diamond? Will Mouse Girl finally catch the man of her dreams? Will Chicago be turned to ashes by Dr. Atom-ato? Take heart supporters of justice! The answers lie within!
