Explore with Cathy the rabbit world of Fluffy and Liza Jane. You'll read of the exquisite bonding of the lagomorphs, feel their psychic terror, and chuckle at their playtime antics in an erstwhile cheery, but sometimes unrelenting universe.
Donald, aka Don Moore Jr, wrote the tale of Fluffy the rabbit and his sweetheart Liza Jane to entertain and amuse his wife, Cathy. By utilizing a six-line rhyming pattern, he created the narrative as an 85-stanza poem.
Cathy, the main character in the story, recognizes and identifies the plants that surround her in the natural world. She appreciates the various scents and displays. Fluffy and Liza Jane become the objects of her attention. A dreaded Tasmanian Devil appears to wreak havoc among the rabbit fluffle, but the bunny couple survives.
Cathy is left to marvel at her place in the natural and manmade world. She is then transported to Peach Blossom Spring, a Chinese mythical utopia. Liza Jane is there and the hospitality begins. A Heptapod creature startles Cathy and becomes a threat to her sensibilities. When the sun god Helios and other bunny friends change the mood, Cathy happily wanders back home to Donald.
