Maz and Nick host the TV show 'Finding a Catfish'. Each show looks at people who have had an online relationship, and tries to find out if these were fake or not. They are currently looking into a young Lebanese gay guy called Omar, who has recently moved to the US and has been experiencing problems with a guy he met online. Omar has not been treated well and is upset. The guy he arranged to meet once he arrived in Los Angeles did not appear. Omar feels rejected. Maz and Nick want to help him, but they soon begin to realize Omar has not told them everything. Other guys - one-night stands - become part of the story. And who is the mysterious Veronica? How does she fit into the picture? Omar has not been idle since he arrived from Beirut. He has had several little adventures. But he would still like to meet the guy he originally met online. Should he give up or can Maz and Nick help him find happiness?
