Billy and Martin recuperate from the kidnapping of Teresa - a child whore picked up from the streets. They return to their free and open lifestyle. On a trip to an isolated nature reserve, they search for the meaning of life. They get rid of an assassin.

Billy, pregnant, gets caught up in the 9/11 disaster and refuses to leave a trapped child nearby. Martin is desperate. A cave in occurs and they black out.

Hospitalized, Martin awakes. Billy is no more. He embarks on a rampage of fury, hate and killing. He becomes a pimp.
Jean, his first wife and a friend of Billy, saves him from himself.
