Missing Disk

I purchased this title because I loved it growing up and it is next to impossible to find it anywhere. I got it in the mail and went to look at the disk to ensure it wasn't too damaged and the disk was missing. I was able to get a refund luckily, but it was truly a waste of time that could have been avoided if the seller at least looked in the case to ensure the product was there. I am very upset and now the product is out of stock and impossible to find anywhere but $45 copies.
